Hi Cisco, a year ago I would have agreed wholly with "By implementing virtual lectures and scenarios" but since then I have seen some deadly bad online presentations including some done in Second Life.

Do you think medical education can be reformed? How?
By implementing virtual lectures and scenarios like those found in second life. We also need to teach emerging physicians how to find the right information on the web to prevent them from feeling overwhelmed.
