Do you think medical education can be reformed? How?
A natural reformation will occur as older faculty move into retirement and leave their course director, program director and other high-level positions and letting younger, more tech-savvy medical educators move into positions to advocate change. Because people work longer and retire later, this evolution is slow, creating a growing generation gap in med school.
How can we integrate technology in academic medicine that caters to the preferences of both the 'old school' faculty and the web 2.0 student population?
Can the residents and fellows help bridge the generation gap? Can we utilize this 'in-the-middle' population that seems to be able to speak both languages?

As Technology Project Coordinator, I work with UME and GME faculty to integrate technology in their medical school teaching.
